4 down, 12 to go

Lebron "Stevie Wonder" James congratulates Detroit's Tayshaun Prince
(Daniel Mears / The Detroit News)

Sorry, Liz, the Sixers are going home for the season. (It was set in stone. I was picking up Chinese food take-out during the first quarter.) Detroit beat Philadelphia last night, 88-78, to end their first-round NBA playoff series and now await the winner of Boston-Indiana. And this might be the only time I ever type this, but I'm rooting for the Celtics. We don't need to see video of November's brawl between Indiana and Detroit played 64,000 times over the next week. (But what the hell, I'll link to my blog on the subject one more time.)
